Cancellation & Refunds Policy
Kindly note that we are not a product seller but a service provider and as such, we are not in a position to allow for any cancellations of your order once the service has already been rendered or is in the process of being rendered.
In rare cases where the client is unhappy with the quality of services rendered because of complete failure or part shortfall in the promised deliverable, we may issue refund of the order amount on a pro-rata basis or offer substitute services to compensate the client only on the discretion of our management who reserves the right to take a final decision on such matters.
Please be transparent and honest with us so that we can serve you better. Any kind of complaint, or a cancellation or refund request, will only be entertained as per our policies and on submission of proof of non-delivery of promised deliverable.
Note: If the client issues threats, or misbehaves with company employees, or initiate any kind of legal proceedings against the company before or after a decision on your refund request by our management, we reserve the right to withhold any refunds or substitute services and take appropriate legal actions.
